"Puedes poner algo así: Overall, it was an excellent stay. The hotel was very nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. The only issue I had was with the bed sheets. I accidentally stained the sheets, and although housekeeping cleaned the room twice and made the bed both times, the stained sheets were never changed. On the second day, I even removed the sheet completely from the mattress to make it clear that it needed to be replaced, but the same stained sheet was put back on the bed. Other than that, everything else was great and I enjoyed my stay.⭐⭐⭐⭐☆"
