"We did not have the breakfast, so no comment to make. The pool was really nice. Our room was immaculate and very spacious. The location was so close to everything nearby we wanted to see. Maybe a small gripe: WiFi showed 2 to 3 bars, but seemed to disconnect for our devices. Still, this was minor and figured it was related to the soundproof like stone walls. Certainly, not a reason to complain to staff or deduct from the overall review. We would 100% choose to stay here again. Thanks"

"The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with things to do and around the area. Check-in was very smooth and the staff was very pleasant and friendly in all of our interactions. The hotel is conveniently located in walkable to a few museums and attractions nearby. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Excellent location, quiet but walkable to all great restaurants and sights. The apartment is spotless, very artsy, but lots of space wasted because of the artwork. Just a few hiccups with the kitchen: some outdated pots and pans, utensils, coffee machine was not working properly. Beds, bathrooms were great and new, but would run out of hot water after numerous showers continuously. Christina was very helpful, answers promptly via WhatsApp and comes to help as soon as possible. Despite a few hiccups, would still highly recommend Florence Art Apartments! "
