"Absolutely amazing "

"What a gorgeous room! Art Deco design with plenty of space and amenities. We stayed in a King deluxe room with a very comfortable bed, refrigerator, coffee maker, safe, wardrobe, dresser and anything else you might need. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed breakfast one morning (not included), which was delicious. Location was great as well. I would definitely book this hotel again!"

"I initially felt concerned about the hotel's location, but quickly realized it's in an old, historical part of town, where narrow alleys are the norm. We never felt unsafe, nor did we experience noise during our stay. This is a no-frills hotel, and an excellent deal for this being Florence. The breakfast was good. It is within walking distance to eateries, shopping, and museums. It met the needs of our family, including our son who gets around in a wheelchair. We will definitely continue to stay here when we return to Florence."

"The hotel itself is great, comfortable and with good AC. The location is not ideal because everything is more than a 30 minute walk and taxis can get expensive. Everything is a short drive away 12-15 minutes but range between 15-30 euros. "

"The top floor terrace faces the Duomo and Santa Croce, giving a spectacular view of the city lit up at night. The food was very good -- some fun, unique menu items. The staff was friendly & helpful. The only reason the couple of areas that I gave fours were that the room was on the small side, and there was some construction going on along the river -- not the hotel's fault, obviously -- that blocked the view of the river and made the area just in front look a bit industrial. Again, not their fault; just wanted to leave a heads-up that until construction is complete, the area around the property won't be as charming as I assume is usual."

"The accommodation was really central - perfect for a short stay in Florence. It was clean, spacious and the air conditioning was handy in the summer heat. It was fine for us but other guests might like to know there are a lot of stairs to get there so not ideal for all travellers."
