"The vineyard and grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the local cat is very friendly, and greeted us when we arrived. While the kitchenette was small, it was useful. There is no longer a toaster oven, as the photo shows, but instead a separate toaster and a microwave. The pots and pans are stainless, and adequate for reheating and light cooking. The location is great! It's just a few minutes from some nice shops in Aptos Village, and Nisene Marks State Park, where we hiked a couple times."

"Lovely property with gorgeous view of the ocean. Quiet neighborhood tucked up into the hills. It was perfectly located so we could go to Capitola, Santa Cruz, and Aptos beach easily. Eager outdoor kitty who wants to hangout which was fun for my daughter. Complimentary bottle of their estate wine which was excellent."

"Four nights with reuniting sisters from California and New Jersey (here for a wedding in Napa Valley). The house was perfect and as advertisied. One small issue with a toliet which the landlord resolved in an hour after a quick phone call. Would stay here again in a heart beat!"

Your room made me feel spoiled the grounds were so beautiful one didn’t really need to leave the property. I could get anywhere. I wanted in about six minutes. I definitely recommend this room to people that want peace and quiet and beautiful views."

"Upon arrival, the front desk agent was amazingly welcoming, friendly and helpful... Even tho we arrived very late. Unfortunately, I don't remember the young man's name. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pleasantly sufficient, with so many options! I would definitely stay again."

"Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Its a Great location. Between downtown and the boardwalk/wharf. Can easily walk to either direction (although we usually take our bikes). Theres a great little cafe market right across the street. Its cash only, but the food is good. "
