Welcome to “Sandcastle”-which is nestled in a quaint family community in walking distance to the Gulf of Mexico. Just a long block from us sits the public beach access to a 2.4-acre public acre beach with all the space for you to sit and enjoy the Gulf of Mexico, and your kids to play white powdery sand. If you don't want to walk, we'll provide you a shuttle during the busy season (March - Sept). There is also a boardwalk out in front of the complex that will take you right to the Gulf of Mexico! If you turn Right and go about 250 feet (just past the first 4 white houses) and you'll find more places that you can sit and enjoy the white sandy beaches!!

Beachside Villas, located in Seagrove Beach, which is about 1/2 way between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, is just a short walk to the 2 acre public beach owned by Walton County where there will be plenty of sand to go around! (Or you can hop on the trolley provided by our complex and it will drop you at the public beach access entrance.

When you enter our unit, you'll feel right at home in this completely remodeled condo, with all the beach amenities (beach umbrellas, beach chairs and toys which are provided for you to use).

Our unit is in BUILDING 3. the spacious floor plan is on the 2nd floor of a three-story building, where you'll enjoy great ocean and sunset views. There is NO ELEVATOR! Sleeps 8 comfortably... but with the pull-out sofa it can sleep two more.

Perfect set up for two small families. Our unit has a master suite complete with a king-size bed, private ensuite bathroom (walk in shower) cable/TV, and access to the large, covered porch. There is an additional full bath and 1/2 bath. Two more bedrooms, one with two queen-size beds (w/TV) and the other with two twin beds (w/TV). All linens are provided. The family room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, 50" Smart . The dining room seats eight and the adjacent kitchen has three bar stools and is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs and a Keurig coffee maker. The unit also has a full-size washer and dryer.

Beachside Villas complex offers is a family-oriented community, with two pools (one heated for winter use), lighted tennis/pickle ball courts (don't forget to bring your own rackets and balls!!). There is also a biking/hiking path on adjacent Highway 30-A. Beach chairs and umbrellas may be available for rental at the beach during the off season. Beachside Villas is located between Destin and Panama City Beach in a very quiet area. Seaside, Watercolor, Alys and Rosemary beaches are a short 5-15 minutes' drive and all have lots of small, quaint shops and restaurants.

Stay with us and you'll experience the natural beauty of Florida's Emerald Coast, where the white sand is like sugar and the Gulf waters are aquarium clear and emerald-green.

We came for a long weekend and had an amazing stay. The condo was very clean, well stocked with anything we might need, and close to the beach. It’s a short walk or shuttle ride to the public beach nearby which could be difficult if you have a large family or lots of beach gear. We didn’t have any issues with 3 small children, an umbrella, and a couple beach toys. We loved our stay!!!

We had 4 adults and 3 kids, 5 and under on our trip to Seagrove. We loved our stay and found everything as described on the VRBO listing. The condo was clean, which was important to us with a crawling baby around, and there was plenty of room for all of us, even multiple options for a spot for the pack n play! We appreciated the extra toys and chairs available, and Brian was so helpful throughout the trip by checking in regularly and offering tips for us to make our vacation a success! We hope to come back again soon!

Brian was so accommodating and this condo was absolutely immaculate, and just as pictured. We enjoyed the balcony and watching the ocean. The beds were so comfortable and everything was so well stocked. The location is perfect for walking and biking. There was so much to do right at the condo complex. Brian was in contact with us from the beginning of the booking and kept us up-to-date with property renovations, parking, etc. The room was a short walk to the beach! We stayed at this property for our daughter’s sweet 16. It was the perfect place for 2 adults and 4 teens. They thought of everything!!! I have never stayed at another Vrbo that was more equipped than this one!! The best part was the communication with the owners not a property management company. They were always willing to answer any questions we had. They also offered us lots of information before our trip like bike rentals etc. We will always book this condo when we travel to 30A.

We had a great stay and very positive experience coordinating our stay with Brian. He was really helpful and it was obvious he is committed to helping his guests have a good experience. The condo was very clean, updated and everything was in perfect working order. We all thought the beds were very comfortable. Overall the space was exactly what we needed and even nicer than we expected. The rooms were good sizes and there is lots of closet/storage space that isn’t obvious from the pictures. The owner’s suite with private bath was nice but we also really liked having the additional 2 bathrooms that shared a tub/shower. It’s closer to the beach than we thought from just looking at a map. We were close enough to easily run back to the condo whenever we needed throughout the day. Much thanks to Brian and his family for sharing their wonderful place!

We loved our stay at Sandcastle. Check in was incredibly easy with great communication from the owner. The condo was very clean and in excellent condition. The beds were very comfortable and we had more than enough room for our family of 4. We had no issues with any neighbors and the community was very quiet and peaceful. Just a very short walk to the beautiful beach (around 3mins). Plenty of beach gear available to use but I do recommend bringing beach towels (I forgot ours & had to go buy some). You will have a small but beautiful view of the Ocean from the balcony. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. 10/10!!

The location is really great, and the condo is very well stocked with everything needed. We appreciated the chairs, umbrellas and toys. Easy walk to the beach, which was awesome since we had an infant. Excellent communication from manager. Please note you may want to bring a sound machine if you have a baby or are a light sleeper. You can hear everything! inside the unit and neighbors upstairs. Also, the place is small (says 1200 sq ft). More like an efficiency condo. It may sleep 8+ people, but know it will be close quarters. Minimal space for luggage in rooms or seats in the living room.

We stayed from late Dec 2018 through early April 2019. The unit was just as described. Well kept and clean with all the basic necessities that we needed. It was just me and my wife so there was plenty of room. Brian was always available when I needed to talk with him. The property management company was always available and helpful with any questions that I had. Only complaint was that the tv channel package did not offer the BIG 10 network. We are from Michigan so during the college football bowl season and all of the basketball season the BIG 10 channel would be a plus for me. We travel around Florida for the snowbird season. If we decide to try the Panhandel area again I would surely consider this unit again.
