The resort was amazing, the staff was amazing, the butlers Richardo and Thorniel were amazing, the life guards at the water park treated us like family. "I was at this boutique hotel during a hurricane category five. The hotel had an emergency plan in place and back up generators with plenty of fuel. We ended up staying an extra week and the management gave us a substantial discount for the extended stay because of the hurricane. The manager also helped us locate anti-seizure medication for my epileptic son. The staff were very accommodating and checked on us as we’ve never been through a hurricane before. I would definitely trust my children to come here as I know they would be well taken care of."

"I stayed at Grand Palladium for 3 days, the service and the staffs were excellent. I had the most beautiful and spotless room at the bungalow and the view is 10/10. The staffs are very helpful and attentive. What stood was the view from the room. We stayed there as group of friends and our rooms were very close to each other. Thank you so much. That was my second there and I will definite comes back. The food made me feel like I am home. I recommend this resort 100 percent and I will be back soon. "

The staff went above and beyond to keep everyone safe and comfortable — bringing snacks, water, and meals to our rooms, keeping power on with generators, and staying in touch through WhatsApp. Even when flights were canceled, they extended our stay at a reduced rate and continued to serve with smiles, kindness, and compassion — even while some couldn’t reach their own families. They also helped non-guests who needed shelter, showing true humanity.
