Everyone there was very polite, their food was pretty decent. Even though everyone’s English was very good they were delighted that I spoke some Portuguese to them. Overall very positive stay. My only take away was the construction noise near by and the planes flying overhead.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! And the restaurant had incredible food and service. Overall, this place is lacking in nothing. I plan to return again some day.

Accommodations were excellent---a must stay upon return. Staff patient, knowledgable, inviting, and caring (especially "Diego"). OUTSTANDING breakfast. GREAT location. Close to waterways for landmarks, walks, photos, restraunts. Indoor pool and steam room unique---great place to end your day.

Our experience at this Vila was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. We were sat at the front desk and given orange juice while we waited to be checked in. The costumer service is amazing and everyone treated us like royalty. After checking in we were given a tour of the hotel which was beautiful and breathtaking (the photos online do not do this hotel justice). After spending the day in our beautiful hotel room we went to the front desk and asked if there was anywhere good around...

I thought this hotel was perfect for families! The bunk bed rooms are ideal and a great use of space for our family of 4. The kids thought it was really fun and we had plenty of room for all. We also loved the rooftop pool and bar space, especially after a long day of touring around. It’s very family friendly and convenient. We were able to walk to several restaurants and had some fun shopping in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this hotel if you like staying away from city center...

the workers are unique: Mr Jorge and Ms Marilene are great cleaners, kind , polite and super helpful.The cooks are wonderful, they make wonderful food, I didnt get their names, unfortunately, but they are just great professionals.Their food is the best in Lisbon, hands down! A great find with the price we paid! We were not having a high expectation with the price we paid. But we were surprised with what we got. The free parking space is huge even in American standard and I do not have to struggle to back in like in other places. The breakfast are wonderful and included!
