"For the price it was decent. Staff was very friendly and the property was clean. Just keep in mind the rooms are small and the shower is just a shower head where the whole bathroom gets wet. Again, for the price, it's fine. "

"Knowing that this was a newly opened hotel, we expected some quirks and ongoing improvements. But it is easy to see that this place is special and that the management and team from the manager, to reception to room attendants are well trained, very professional and eager to please. The location above the main sapa square is very convenient, yet away from the hectic energy around the square. Overall Sapa was a very pleasant experience and I can highly recommend both the city and this new resort....

"COLD. The windows and doors were open all the time. It was always cold throughout the building. No working restaurant. Elevator does not go to all floors. Staff was friendly. Outlets were an issue. Door had several large cracks. We had hot water. Bathroom vented to another room. It would be very easy to film or watch someone from there. The spa smelled dank and was unclean. It was staffed by people who arrived from other facilities. Their skills were untrained. Laundry service was fast and...

Sapa Catholic Church is just one of the places to see in Sa Pa, so why not enjoy the other things to explore during your travels? Discover the mountain views in this quaint area.
Steps to Sapa Sun Station. The staff are so kind and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast is to order and delicious. Had beef pho every morning and some of the best in Sapa. Laundry turned around quickly and neatly folded and perfect. Stayed in huge deluxe room 404 with private balcony and extra bedroom. Theres a terrific Vietnamese fusion restaurant at the bottom of the (steep) incline. Highly recommend.

The front desk ms chau was attentive and helpful always inquiring if we needed anything for the room or from the health center to tours and directions. She also made sure we had breakfast each morning the rooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooked the town and was relaxing to sit enjoying tea

This is most definitely a 5 star hotel stay!! The staff is incredible they go above and beyond on every level. From front desk reception restaurant service and housekeeping! Honestly I have been all over Europe France Spain and Italy Portugal New Zealand Australia and have stayed at many so called 5 star hotels and have never experienced the level of care and hospitality that I was given at this 10 star hotel.

Great property and staff. Everything was as expected. Plus they took great care in providing tour information and a great guide. Would highly recommend this property. Easy walk to the lake area. It is a ways to walk, but No large hills. That was my concern. Pretty flat walk to downtown section with many restaurants and entertainment options.

Property just outside of the city center (10 min walk) rooms were clean and updated. I only stayed 1 night in Sa Pa but when I come back to stay, it would definitely be this place ahain. My view from room (809) was AMAZING.

The property is beautiful. Itās quiet and has beautiful views of the rice crops and also to the funicular of Fansipan. The rooms are beautiful and really comfy. The hotel is really close to the station which is the building with the clock there you can get the funicular that will take you to Sunworld Fansipan. Walking distance is like 11 minutes and like 13 to the town of Sapa. The only cons is that there is a construction in the block so if itās raining you will get your shoes with mud, but...

When i first walked up to the hotel, i was a bit skeptical because it was slanted on a hill and my suitcases were heavy so it felt like it was going to roll downhill. But the moment we got inside Azalea. It was SOOO NICE! It smelled great! It was very clean. The staff immediately knew it was me because i was a late check in due to my flight and bus ride being delayed. The check in process was very quick. We got upstairs to our room and the rooms were immaculate! It was so clean and beautiful. We...
