"WE ENJOYED OUR STAY HERE VERY MUCH. IN FACT IT WAS PERFECT! THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND EXTREMELY WELL LOCATED, JUST A STEP OUT OF THE BACK DOOR TO THE OLD CITY. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ARRANGED A TOUR FOR US TO TRAFNIK THAT WAS A HIGHLIGHT. BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. WE LOVED THE FACT THAT IT WAS A FAMILY-RUN HOTEL."

"It was away from the main centre of town but very convenient. Taxi rides into town or the airport arrive within a very few minutes of request at the property. It is spotlessly clean, breakfast buffet is excellent.Tariq and his brother who run Harmony are very pleasing and helpful to deal with."

"Situated 5 minutes from the old Town. Nice owners. The room was nice and there was a large common terrace that we all could use, incl the owner. There was a small kitchen where you could prepare your beakfast and bring to the terrace. They also do laundry."

"I am so glad I booked Hotel Gate of Sarajevo during my short visit to Sarajevo. I was picked up at the airport the night of my arrival by Nadir and upon hotel arrival, friendly Nadina checked me in. This is a no frills hotel but the room was perfect in size with a comfortable bed and I liked the wall decorations of different Sarajevo sights. MThe location is a 7 minute walk to Bascarsija where you immediately see the famous Sebilj fountain. The breakfast offered is decent. It was nice to come...

"My room was spacious with a beautiful view of the city. Unfortunately, the owner spoke very little English, leading to many misunderstandings. The worst part which led to a bad feeling: I asked him if he could arrange a cab to pick me up on the day of my departure.(Mind you, I was using Google Translate) He said it would be 15 Euros for the whole trip. After cab brought me to airport, I realized this was a lie. This was NOT a communication error. Owner scammed me out of 15 Euros"

"If you only need a comfy bed, then this is your place. If you need anything else, like housekeeping to make your bed, toilet paper, or a quiet night's sleep, then you're probably better off booking a hostel. During the 4 nights we stayed there, we were offered 1 roll of toilet paper, and despite asking for more we never got any and had to get our own. During the 4 nights, our room was cleaned once. The first day, housekeeping just made the bed and chucked the throw blanket in the corner of...
