"Me and my wife’s stay at The Hampton Inn was great. The lady working behind the desk was very friendly when we checked in. She even baked chocolate chip cookies for the people checking in which were delicious. Our room was very nice and very clean. Everything was stocked up in the bathroom. The bathroom was big. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. We stayed 2 days. The buffet breakfast each day was different but delicious. The person working in there was very nice ad friendly. We had the balcony view which was beautiful. I recommend this place for sure. "

"We decided to stay here to rest from our roadtrip and were we pleased. First thing,Staff was very welcoming and our room was clean with comfortable beds. For breakfast they offered waffles and coffee and fruits, I did get there almost when breakfast was over so maybe they had other things too. Overall great experience will definitely stay here again."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times for work, and every visit has been outstanding. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. They’ve consistently been accommodating with our needs, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their guests. Also, the rooms are always clean. This hotel really feels like a home away from home. We travel with our two dogs, and they get so much love from the staff. We love staying here and are so grateful to have such a reliable place to return to while in Saraland. Very highly recommend! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!"

"Front desk was very helpful. We were pulling a travel trailer on across multiple states and stop here as a halfway point. Once we arrived in the town our truck started acting up and it was Sunday so there were no mechanics available. They allowed us to unhook the trailer on Monday and take care of getting the truck in a shop for repair and organizing someone to come move the trailer out of the hotel parking lot. They were very understanding and patient and it really mattered in that stressful situation. Thank you to all the staff that were so kind!"
