"Lovely accommodation for our 5 families to get together... 10 adults, 4 children and 3 dogs. Location is perfect, right in the centre of Darlington with parks close by for the children. A little bit dated but absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Great big bay windows for people watching onto the street was also a massive bonus (although the windows only opened from the bottom up so dangerous for the little ones and dogs, just to bare in mind, but not a negative in anyway!) The bed was the best ive ever slept on, the bedding superb, plenty of towels and this place is a definite 10 out of 10 if you have children and/or pets.
