When I managed to reach the responsible person, they sounded frustrated on the phone, as if it was my fault they hadn't fulfilled their responsibilities properly The advertisement was ambiguous, and I wasn't aware that the bathroom was separate. "Absolutely wonderful place. Very comfortable room, toiletries is bathroom, all the tea, coffee and hot chocolate you want. Great sized TV as well as desk and comfy chair. Beautifully decorated. Fridge, microwave, plates etc. in downstairs hall as well as extra sugar, tea etc. Lots of parking. Absolutely loved it.
