"This Hotel was awful!!! I understand a hotel be older but there is no reason for it to be dirty! Even if it’s old you still can have a bed that is 4 inches dipped in the middle! The bedding did seem clean. We decided that we could not stay there. I’m a world traveller, have stayed in Hostel, etc. This was bad! Would not refund money!! What bothered me was some people traveling are on a very limited budget. They deserve a clean and respectful place to stay. We are all working very hard to go on a vacation!! Shouldn’t have to accept this!!"

"Great hotel in an amazing location! I love being able to open the patio door to get fresh air, that is very important, and we had views of the bride. The staff were excellent including check in, early check in, housekeeping, bell services and P2B hosts. I was disappointed that hotels(dot)ca displays this great big balcony that is not for public use, it would have been nice to lounge there. Rooms and decor are slightly dated. Vents could use cleaning. Pool has high chlorine, hot tub jets not working. Fitness area smells like chlorine. We had an amazing stay!"
