"A unique experience in sequoia park. So much offered… quaint pond for fishing and canoeing, archery, s’mores and evening campfire, pool n hot tub, excellent selection of board games and buffet meals !!!! AND very close to Grant tree… all that and very friendly staff . True… the lodge and the rooms are dated.. but they point this out on their website and there are pictures of the rooms . But what the place lacks in fancy upgraded rooms it WELL makes up for in character and activities. They do have a few very new cabins as well is you’re not into the vintage feel"

"It is an extremely family-run guesthouse, our hosts live and work very carefully on site. The breakfast is personalized and carefully prepared. A very bucolic location surrounded by nature. A great pool. I recommend it to everyone for the service and excellent value for money."
