The hotel bar and breakfast were expensive, particularly if you only want a drink and toast. However the evening meals were good. Excellent location for the town and the sea front. "Good sea front location close to Brighton Pier. Comfortable and clean rooms, excellent breakfast. There is a car park under the hotel - it’s very busy - with a discount if you’re staying at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a family room with our two children. We were able to walk to our restaurant easily and then walk to the University of Brighton - which was the reason we went down. Very convenient location. "
