The room was nice & clean, but there were a couple of shortfalls: you couldn't open the room window for fresh air & ventilation and the room temperature controls wouldn't seem to work so it was slightly chilly in the room during the night. "The property on the website is very misleading. It's basically providing services as a motel and a hotel. So if you were to choose an economy room you are simply living in a motel. I was under the impression that I will be getting a hotel room but instead I was lodging in an area which is outside the main hotel building and reception. Something which I was not comfortable with. "The place was terrible. Looked Dilapidated. While the receptionists were trying to be cordial, the manager scolded them when there requested to book taxi's. Rooms did not have proper Wi-FI coverage, romm phone did not work, air conditining was centrally controlled and had no effect. No hot water Would not recommend this for stay. I am surprised Hotels.com even lists them without proper verification. Charges are exobitant for this hotel."
