"Conveniently located right outside USJ, and at Universal City Walk. The Limousines bus drop off about 5 min walk from the hotel. Many shopping options and restaurants right outside. The hotel itself is beautiful. We stayed on a luxury floor. The room was very clean and had tons of amenities. It was surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to the park and Universal City. We ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner buffets. Both had a ton of options and the service was fantastic. Dinner was relaxing and not very busy. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with everyone rushing to eat and get to the park. But the staff manage the chaos well. Overall it was a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay here! "

"This hotel made my husband and I’s trip to USJ amazing! We had access to great views, a ton of dining options, great space for luggage, all the toiletries we would need in addition to the ones we brought, and overall excellent guest service. The pillows were a bit thin but other than that the hotel was incredible, from the convenient location to the jellyfish tank ok our floor, this hotel was so unique and a must stay for us on our next trip. "
