"This property was great! Cleanliness, helpful staff, personal amenities, location!, luggage storage, self check out, lounge and close to Dotonbori yet not in Dotonbori. The only thing was the traffic at night between 9p- 12a is extremely loud so if you are looking for a peaceful night's rest, this may not be for you. We were okay with this trade off and would definitely stay here again."

"Good experience. Suggestions : Use the No disturb system means no check out at 10:00 am. The guest is responsible for the daily clean or not. The time zone, the hourly decallage of some guest may need more sleep and it's very hard to wake up at 10:00 am. It looks a punishment. "
