"It was a wonderful stay and fairly convenient to the Shinagawa Station. Should have read up on the Prince Hotels in Shinagawa were linked by a shuttle bus. The Hotel grounds and lobby were welcoming, definitely will be my choice for next trip!"
"Excellent location and restaurants in the hotel, train station was near by, on site parking was easy and Shinagawa train station is less then a 5 minute walk away from the hotel.
Hotel staff were excellent and extremely helpful also "
"The spa was amazing! I enjoyed the massage, and my 11 y old child enjoyed the pool. I couldn’t get a reservation for massage on 2 days out of 3 days I stayed so I recommend to book as soon as you know your schedule. The locker room was clean, the pool was not crowded, the view was excellent, and the workers were very kind and friendly. "
