"I was here very briefly but wanted to share my thoughts on this stay. It is always impressive when the owner of a hotel takes the time to come out and greet you personally on your arrival. The friendly staff, the amazing view (if you are lucky) and traditional Japanese room experience made this a memorable stay. I wish I was able to stay longer. Highly recommended."

"I booked this hotel because I've stayed in Dormy Inns before and because I wanted a hotel with an onsen. The room suited my needs, and the onsen was very enjoyable. The staff were professional and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a pleasant stay. An extra bonus was an excellent vegan restaurant, Fluunt Kofu, just a few doors down from the hotel. Highly recommended."

"We loved our stay at La Vista. Was blown away by the view of Mt Fuji from our balcony even though it was a bit of a cloudy day. Welcome drink + coffee machine in the lobby with a view of the moutain is superb! Loved the private onsens as well. Did not try the public female/male ones. Room was very spacious and luxurious even with an extra adult and toddler in tow. We had a hire car (highly recomend for the Lake Kawaguchiko area) otherwise the hotel does have a courtesy bus at various times. It is a bit of a splurge staying here but well worth it. A highlight of our trip!"

"We had a lovely experience staying in Sakuya hotel. The owners were very kind and helpful, offered us shuttle van to go to town. Offered us private onsen which was very relaxing. Rooms were futon bed with a view of Mt Fuji, breakfast was so yum. Would definitely come next time. "

"This property was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit of a trek from the Kofu Station, so getting around by train took some effort. The unit is small, but we just needed a place to sleep at night after our long days exploring, so the price was good for our needs. They even provide the toiletries and sleep shirts like a larger hotel would do. "
