"We spent about 7 days here. What we loved: the customer service from the Front Desk to the daily tidying from housekeeping was phenomenal, also the kind cafe attendants- lovely folks. We soooo appreciated the unlimited ice and water machine, and hands down, the best soft drink fountain we’ve ever had at an establishment that wasn’t a restaurant. We definitely will miss that. We loved the convenience of the location, literally within walking distance of bus stops, subway stops, and convenience stores.
A couple of things: both my husband and I by night 4 started experiencing really unpleasant sleep, and could deduce it may have been the mattresses. There was a 2nd evening when we could hear the volume of our neighboring visitor and their music from their tele, when I called the Front Desk, he instructed me call them directly, to which I had to tell him he needed to handle the noise complaint. Also disappointed because I found out from my third party rewards/booking site that we were supposed to be offered a complimentary upgrade, which this wasn’t even mentioned at all during check in. Instead what was mentioned that I had requested for the lowest level available (weird because I couldn’t even complete their pre-check in process to request this and specifically messaged this establishment to inform them that I couldn’t complete their pre-check in process).
Probably wouldn’t stay here again or recommend this hotel to family/friends."
