"The room, a king suite, was very poorly designed to have a pull-out sofa bed. The pull-out jutted against the king bed and was an obstacle to getting out of bed without having to crawl over my wife and wake her up. The pull-out mattress had a spring coming out of the bottom, which cut my finger as I opened it. We were horrified to see a huge stain on the mattress cover. Very nasty. Disappointing stay. "

"The exterior interior of this hotel was very clean always smell good. The complementary breakfast was absolutely delicious. Always had fresh hot coffee available. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely stay there again."

"When we arrived there was a bowl at the door for a brownish liquid leak coming from the ceiling. One elevator was broken, the pool was closed as well as the gym area. I chose this hotel due to the amenities. Probably won’t book here again."

"I wudnt recommend it , I’d rather sleep in my car was there 3/13/26 , I showered and got a little rest in the chair at the desk for a couple and left , I cud be wrong but got bedbug vibes soon as I walked in room , , room was stale, holes in doors , shud only cost 29.95 , people drinking in parking lot , don’t go "

"The parking is terrible, you have 3 hotels in one parking lot 🙄. I book a room thru Hotels. Com only to get there and not have a room. I booked it when I arrived that night. We stayed in room 426 the room had a vent in the ceiling and we heard a motor 😳 like sound all nite . Then when morning came someone on the night shift had checked me out Soooooooooooh. 3 people can into my room every hour, until I call the front desk "
