"The flat is a whole lot better than the building or the neighborhood. I would have appreciated knowing that the entry and staircase are old, dim, and narrow. The bathroom looks great but poses problems thanks to the absence of grab bars and the outdated plumbing lines. The water supply to the shower was unreliable. The warnings about the need to be patient with the toilet flush were useful. I appreciated the level of taste and the very good bed linens as well as the functional kitchen."
