"BAD-Room was not ready until an hour after check in, the valet lied and told me I had to pay $18/day to park or $5 /day to valet and when I questioned him that parking was supposed to be free he said no! I was not happy about being taken advantage of right away before even getting to check in desk. GOOD- excellent experience with spacious room/suite, location, cleanliness and amenities. "This property was nothing short of wonderful. My family and I were able to relax while enjoying the Vegas strip. The hotel had a delicious spot called the Delight and it was just that. Food was so good. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. I loved the spa tub/ shower combo. "The property is in a good location & walking distance to the strip so that was nice. It was clean & a good amount of space but one of the reasons I chose this property was because they advertised a washer however, it wasn’t usable and the host was unreachable during our 4-day stay so that was very disappointing."

"My friends and I participated in a tennis tournament at Darling Tennis complex. The location was perfect, just a 2 minute drive. It’s also very close to stores and restaurants. The condo was comfortable and clean. I couldn’t find an instruction manual for appliances. Hence navigating the tv was challenging for me (non-tech savvy user). Be careful when pulling in and out of the parking space. Some cars drive very fast when entering or exiting the lot."

"Joe's condo was perfect for our trip to Vegas for a concert at the Sphere, which is about 1 mile away. It is also close to the strip for easy walking. We had one minor issue with housekeeping not leaving a blanket for the pullout. Since Joe rents his condo privately and not through management at the MGM Signature, he has different housekeeping and MGM was unwilling to provide us a blanket when I went to the front desk.
