"We had a wonderful experience at Redwings Lodge Solihull. The family room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Above all, the reception staff, both during the day and at night, were absolutely excellent. They were always ready to help and support us, welcoming us with genuine friendliness and professionalism. We truly enjoyed our two-day stay and had a lovely trip overall."

"Overall very good and I'd happy go back, however the hotel has a very strange and rather disjointed layout, and the public spaces whilst very well kept and pleasant don't go the extra mile to make this feel like a premium experience. Let me be clear, this is only the decor, which is in good condition, just not very special. The staff, room and food were excellent"
