"The last leg of our journey through Italy with friends ended in Sorrento at the Grand Hotel Europa Palace. We were all very happy with our decision to stay here. Exceptional all the way around! The proximity to town, breathtaking sea views, stunning décor, competent and friendly staff, access to the beach, cleanliness and overall charm has certainly put this property at the top of our list for our next visit."

"Beautiful hotel with an amazing view! It was hot in Sorrento and we really appreciated the excellent air conditioning! The staff provided us with a breakfast to-go box when we had to leave for the airport at 5:30am! (We didn’t even think to ask for one!). The pool area was busy because it a well maintained pool. Breakfast was very good (especially the eggs and Brie). The staff was helpful and friendly."

"This property was stunning from the moment you pass through the park grounds. Before you get to the hotel itself, you begin to decompress. you enter the lobby and are greeted by the whole of Sorrento/Naples Bay with Vesuvius in the background. It is stunning. This is one of the best properties we have stayed at. The staff. the amenities, the food are all top rated. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, varied and FRESH..... cheeses, fruits, Italian coldcuts, traditional breakfasts to order from their chef's station, not to be missed. Your choice of the beach at the bay, or the saltwater pool. equally wonderful with the staff attentive to the guests whims, Dinners in the main dining room. or the beachside restaurant are great,,,,evening cocktails on the patio, with Vesuvius ever present,,, Attention by the staff was universally outstanding,,,, to name a few would be a slight on the rest,,,,,ALL OUTSTANDING.... Staff was very helpful in arranging day trips to Herculaneum and Amalfi boat cruises, We will be planning our next years trip to end at this property, to unwind, relax and savor all that Parc dei Principi and Sorrento have to offer. Molto Gracias"

"Hotel is located right on the beach. Loungers and umbrella were included, as well as breakfast. It is a very steep hike up, but hotel has a car shuttle that takes guests up and down to hotel. Hotel has restaurant where they serve all meals. Breakfast was included in the price"
Hotel Plaza

"Second time staying at the Hotel Plaza, and it was lovely both times. This time it was summer and the rooftop pool was open - not to be missed. Posted a photo from the pool and learned that my downstairs neighbors had stayed at the Hotel Plaza not even 2 months earlier, and they loved it too! Central location is amazing, right in the heart of everything. (Don’t miss the 6th generation woodworking shop just down the street toward the main thoroughfare.) Lovely staff, lovely accommodations. Grazie!"
