"Hotel awesome! Fab location and beautifully kept. Only small niggle was that the sun disappeared behind the mountain by about 1:30pm (we were there mid September), so it was a little cooler to sunbathe."

"It wasn't bad, but reducing 1 star because given the price point I would expect a much better breakfast (the omelet maker was putting such a small amount of toppings, baked goods tasted stale) and better pigeon control in the breakfast area. Apart from that it was conveniently located and it served as a good base to explore Sorrento and Amalfi."

"This is an older grand hotel which sits directly overlooking the Gulf of Naples. It's within an easy and mostly flat walk to the stores and restaurants of Sorrento. The rooms were comfortable but tight and the bathroom was a decent size for Italy. The glass partition in the tub, which was supposed to prevent water from going out onto the floor, had a loose-fitting seal at the bottom so the water ran down the glass and onto the floor when you took a shower. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet, which is included, had a very large selection of delicious items. It also had a pool area and restaurant for lunch with outdoor seating. None of them were crowded during our visit last week."

"The staff was TEN STARS! I have a list of names of managers and personnel at Concierge; Reception; Dining; Housekeeping; too many people to mention. If you are anywhere near Sorrento dive into the experience of Hotel Parco dei Principi di Sorrento."
