"Location location location! Conveniently located on South Congress, walkable to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Parking is convenient. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful! The Motel achieve its retro vibe, although it could stand a bit of a facelift, it’s starting to show some age, although it is clean. The pool and the pool bar are awesome. Despite being on a busy road it is extremely quiet."

"First of $55 / night for parking garage across the street is whack! I had issues with both elevators so it's a hassle dragging bags around. Parking at front lobby is a hassle, not enough space to unload or load up there. Check in was easy but 2/3 elevators were also out inside the hotel. Had to wait long periods until the single elevator had space to get in.. as soon as I walked into room yes it was clean but it stank. Also had issues exiting and entering the parking garage because the key fob wasn't working so I had to call and wait until front desk was available. I usually aim for embassy suites when I go out of town but honestly this has been one of my worst experiences yet with embassy suites. I didn't even bother going into the pool, as soon as you walk in the chlorine scent hits you in the face. The staff overall were helpful and the location was good but it really was a hassle just trying to adapt to whatever was not working."
