"We got there around 8pm the guy at the office have is the keys and our room was already used, one bed was unmade and some trash on the table, NO towels what so ever the bathroom also not clean. We went back and the office guy was gone, and other ppl were also waiting for towels. Spoke the security guard and he took pics of our room for our sake Next morning we asked the cleaning woman for towels she said go to office so not ever her was useful "

"I like the color schemes the rooms were painted. The location was beautiful. The pool was clean the staff was helpful. It was quiet, peaceful, I would stay there again."

"House keeping is upon request and the rooms looked okay cleaned but my mom found a lot of hair still stuck to the tub when we got there. The bathroom was not fully clean so kind of doubt the rooms were completely cleaned. The lock was broken and cannot lock properly. The room keys had to constantly be replaced due to the magnetic issues when clashes with your phone etc. that was annoying. The parking smelled like weeds. But the staffs were pretty friendly. The host was nice to group us all to one floor. "

"The breakfast was plentiful, coffee is very weak. Rooms were clean but our room had a lamp plug that started to smoke and charred a phone charger and portable oxygen cord. I woke up to the smell of electrical burning. When I unplugged, the outlet sparked. Good thing I woke up. I told the front desk--hope they REALLY checked it out. Room 131."
