"Dirty bathroom that had a sewer backup smell, undersized bath towels, and a very loud exhaust fan. Cheap, tired room furniture. There's a pretty good sports bar/restaurant at the hotel next door, but other than that there is nothing within walking distance. The cruise port and airport shuttles are the best things this property has going for it. It's tolerable for a night before or after a cruise, but not really a longer stay. "

"Need to have AC on in rooms before we arrive. I had to run AC all night and it turned it self off. I was told I could not add water to my room, had to pay by card. Have you had Sarasota tap water? One elevator running and lots of traffic on the second floor at night. Bed was nice and shower was great. "

"The Room was ok they put us at the far end of the hall way in the stairwell and had a horrible smell. AC kept shutting down had to reset it multiple times. Ask numerous times one day to get the room cleaned. We decided to leave a day early. Pool was nice . Food is a no go but lots of choices on the strip. Lobby furniture very dirty and outdated. Not so sure if the reviews are real nor accurate as we are not picky people! "
