"Cheap, functional. £5 to park in the carpark of the Motorway services. Breakfast is from the Motorway services and as a result there is a small choice."

"Room small but clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast buffet included was great!"

"Hadn’t completely cleaned the room before we moved in, but would stay there again."

"Great location and great price. Found it weird that Humphrey’s bar closed at 10 pm just as we got back from theatre"

"Lovely hotel, staff really friendly and helpful. I stayed in a single room which was small but more than enough room for 1 person. Very clean and had almost everything I needed. Chocolate and refillable water bottle was much appreciated. Perfect location especially as I was seeing the show just over the road. Only downside was the draught from the window which didn't close properly , however when I closed the shutters it was fine. No door on the bathroom which I found a bit strange but guessing...

"موقع الفندق ممتاز ، لكن الفندق لا بأس به"

"Cannot checked in before 3pm when my room was ready and insisted to pay 20 pounds fee for early checked in at 1pm. Ive been with them for 8 years and met the most ignored manager who does not care or help! Im not coming back!!!"

"جميع الخدمات متوفرة ولكن الاثاث قديم وكذلك فرش ارضية الغرفة والمصاعد تصدر اصوات مزعجة"

"It was a small but great room. The space is used well with storage under the bed and a pull out little table. The usb plug ins and lights by the bed are convenient. The staff were always available and very helpful."

"The hotel would be a great place to stay but had maintenance work (redoing the whole 11th floor ) so it was extremely noisy with drilling from 9 AM to 5 PM. Very disappointing. Did have issues with the shower, but they did sort it out quickly."
