I saw a woman sheltering from the wind in a wheelchair that had been waiting for a room for "more than two hours". She had to wait for a room on the first floor because the elevator was not working. I'm 80 years old and had to carry my luggage up the stairs. My heart had a hard time. Terrible in a facility that charges premium rates."
