"The room was clean, and pretty dated. Central to all things in town. The price was good. The WiFi and cable were down on my 2 day stay….. I asked for a discount and the were accommodating. They only gave me 10%.. ask the front desk when you arrive about any thing that could be a problem. Room was clean."
"Really enjoyed our stay at the Inn!! Beautiful room with great view of the ocean. Nice hot breakfast served every morning!! Would recommend it to everyone!!"
"It was fine for one night but I won't stay there again. I'll pay a little more for a place that feels safer and more comfortable. This particular location feels a bit sketchy and I refused to leave the room after dark. The other patrons were loud and obnoxious. As for the room itself, it was clean and smelled of some type of powerful disinfectant. There was a coffee maker with no creamer or sugar packets, the cups were paper and fell apart with just water. There was no blow dryer, no shampoo,...
"Pleasant stay. Exactly what we needed. Older hotel. Cleanliness was ok. Kind of expected more for the price of the room. Would probably stay again if we ever travel that way."
"The room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Parking was right in front of the room and no stairs. It had a view of the ocean and was not noisy at off and it was right off the highway."
"We had a bunk bed room that was very small but worked perfectly for us. There were two outlets that didn't work....one in the kitchen which had a toaster plugged into it and the one the only outlet in the bathroom. There were plates, bowls, cups and glasses and a very limited supply of silverware but the cabinets were empty. There was no dish drainer for drying the dishes and only one dishtowel. There also needed to be another garbage can but BIGGER than the one provided."
"Liked convenience to shops & transportation. Disliked extra charge for cleaning service. I believe this is the "built-in" tip for maid service. Something to consider before leaving a checkout gratuity! OK to pass this info incognito to the motel!"
"For a short stay, don't bother to pay for the "ocean view". Lighthouse Cove is across the street and a couple of blocks from the water.
Breakfast is not on-site. They do have a unique arrangement with the nicer facility nearby. It works fine (we aren't big breakfast eaters) but involves driving up to pick up our "sack lunch" style of breakfast ordered the night before."
"Nothing unique about this property. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Very plain, straightforward room with the bathroom sink outside of the shower and toilet. Sink faucet barely reached over sink and sat on a very small cabinet. Too expensive for one night in late Sept. Good location to beach shops but fast traffic on a busy road. Best to drive across the street and park."
