"For us the Villa with own pool is the best option to go for. Last time we stayed we had breakfast and diner included whereas this time we went for all meals plus two cocktails each day and a treatment each in the Spa. Having all meals was a mistake as we found that we couldn’t eat everything but for those with a large appetite it would be worthwhile. We would like to mention the lady who made up our Villa every day. Her name was Amm and she was a treasure being super efficient. "

"The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed...

"Awesome views and too many pools to enjoy them all. The property is great and the exercise walking around the resort is definitely needed. "This hotel was gorgeous!!! Beautiful, clean. Breakfast had variety and they had halal options which is a win! The view from the room despite being partial sea vie was gorgeous!! If I was to go back to Phuket, I would definitely come back! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed. "
