"Front desk lady was super lazy. I had to wait for several minutes to get a bandaid from her. Imagine if I really was bleeding? Towels had blood on them, multiple spots, like blood from a lady's period..... very disgusting. We tossed them to the side...."

"Everything was great! Bed were comfy and both rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. We were low on conditioner, but it was fine. Truly enjoyed our stay. Perfect for what we needed."

"Extremely kind & helpful staff! Complimentary breakfast was not the most delicious, but offered a good variety of options. We did have to go hunting for the ice machine, as others were out of order. We did notice that the elevator was past due for inspection. Additionally, cleaning service was offered only by request at the front desk. On our last night, the parking lot was full, there were several large trucks and trailers occupying many of the parking spots so we ended up having to park along the curb, but again the staff was very apologetic and accommodating. We didn’t have any real issues & would probably stay here again!"

"We always enjoy staying at your hotel when we come to Alabama football games. Having such ease at shopping so close by is a plus. I have another stay booked at the end of November. I did have to change our hotel in two weeks to another hotel due to a price increase. That’s one thing I think could be better, not going up on rates because a big ballgame is that weekend."
