"Overall the stay was good. Staff were nice, helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean. The only problem that I had was, I ordered a pizza from room service that was marked up as being hand made with chicken, choretho and halepinos. The pizza that was delivered was an obvious one that you can buy cheaply from Tesco's. It had a stuffed crust filled with tomato sauce, that was not on the menu and no halepinos. It tasted way too sweet and wasn't spicey. I had 2 slices out of 8 only because I...

"The room is quite old fastion but its nice and clean. Its nice to stay at this historical building for the first time. The bathroom is clean but it will be great if there is additional drain in the bathroom help with wet floor. "

"Beautiful hotel and grounds. Went to the spa on the first day with my daughters and it was a lovely experience. Used the relaxation room, swimming pool, sauna and steam and had back massage. We had an executive room that was clean, very large with great amenities. Restaurant meal was fabulous and the staff here are so friendly and helpful. Would definately come back."

"Nice view but room a tad outdated with pine furniture and brown bathroom suite! Asked for some cutlery for a takeaway and was told that wasn't possible which I found a little unhelpful! "

"Noise from within the hotel during the night. Thin walls? When the fire alarm sounded in the night, guests gathered at the front of the hotel. It was quite some time before any staff appeared to offer guidance and explanations. The 'Deluxe Queen Room' on arrival was nothing like the picture when booked. The lack of a shower was strange: the bath mixer taps were extremely temperamental."
