"The house was great and in perfect condition. Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful. Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it. "

"This was a great spot to be near all the local site seeing spots. It’s near the main rail lines and walking distance to one of the best burger joints (Dragon Burger) I’ve experienced in all of Japan. My only critique was finding hair in the beds and extra futons we used to watch movies in the beautiful lofted area. Other than that, the owners were great at communicating and the property was awesome!"

"There were 3 of us travelling - myself with two teen daughters - we felt safe and comfortable and we stayed for 4 nights. The location is unbeatable - 6 min walk to Aeon Mall, 7 min walk to Kyoto Station, the local 7-11 Store is a Yamato luggage delivery one, there is a washing machine but no dryer, but we found a laundromat along the way to Aeon Mall to use the dryer, so that's no problem. We left the accommodation tax on the table when we left. One only downside for us was that the mattresses...
