"We spent four nights during our 2 week visit to Japan. We were a family of five with 3 kids under 7 years old. We loved the location as it is located closer to the train station also plenty of dining options nearby. Only concern was the bedsheets don't get changed which we did not like. Despite that overall had a great experience."

"Great location"

"For the price, it was good and close to everything."

"Accessible, quiet, easy check in and check out"

"It states "Hotel" through Expedia but it is more like authentic vacation home. Great for two people, heating was spotty, great Tea room and smoke area in back patio. Very close to Inari Shrines and JR station lines and a 3min walk from a grocery store. "

"1階の「鴨」という部屋に泊まりました。大通りの車の音は全く聞こえず、落ち着いて滞在できました。部屋の設備はシンプルながら高級感があり、中でも檜風呂は贅沢な気分になれました。 子連れで外食するには不便な立地だと感じました。部屋にミニキッチンがあり、食器やお茶類も揃っているので、おばんざいを買ってきて部屋で食べるのも良いと思います。"

"Everything was great here! It was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, calming, and peaceful. The house was stalked with all the amenities and the staff was amazing. It was so worth it!"

"It was tucked into a little neighborhood and we were able to enjoy small, hidden restaurants and bakeries easily from the location."

"The room was big and comfy. I really enjoyed my time there"

"Perfect, clean and spacious place to stay, a few minutes walk from Kyoto Station in a very quiet and charming neighbourhood."

"By far the best place I’ve stayed at in Japan I will definitely be back!"

"Just remind that there is no private bathroom in each room. "
