"The room was bigger than expected, with a coffemaker. It was nice to have high ceiling in the room. The location was very convenient, close to a JR train station and close to a supermarket. Also close to a public bath (sento). It was quiet at night, we had a good sleep. Very friendly staff. Also liked the bread and jams in the morning. Would stay there again!"

"Kyogijin is a lovely house not far from the centre of the city. We found it easy to walk to most places and there is accessible public transport close by. The house is fully equipped with anything you may need and there are a lot of English labels to assist with using things like the washing machine and lights. We appreciated having a portable WI FI, as we took it with us when out sightseeing."

"The minute we walked in into Fujiya Ryokan we immediately felt welcomed and relaxation commenced. Our host greeted us with a warm smile and some hot green tea. She even gave our 3 year old a little present on arrival too. This was the first time we have stayed in a Ryokan and to be honest, we were a little apprehensive regarding the sleeping arrangements but found the beds to be ultra comfortable!
