"This hotel was the nicest hotel I stayed in during my trip in Japan. The location was great as it was a very short walk to the park, Kyoto aquarium and train museum. It was also right beside the station which is just one stop away from Kyoto station. There is also a combini within the hotel so I never needed to leave the hotel to get something from a combini. The rooms were great as the room and bathroom were more spacious and very clean. The public bath was also very nice and not very crowded during my stay. The staff were very helpful and welcoming which was nice. I ordered a luggage transfer from this hotel and the staff handled my luggage and paperwork for me which was great. I did not try any dining options so I have no comments on that. The hotel provided everything I would want and need in a hotel. Great rooms, price, amenities, location and service. I have no complaints with my stay here and would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area."
