"This is a very lovely hotel and the staff make it amazing. I loved the breakfast every morning and they were very accommodating to my food allergies. They made me gluten free, dairy free bread every morning and it tasted amazing! The location is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend staying here. They have the most kind staff."

"We have just returned from staying at the Urban Hive Madrid for 7 nights and we cannot fault the Hotel, superb location, clean and tidy. The staff were absolutely amazing, some to mention Isabela, Sofia, Mark, David and many many more they were amazing with our little girl always so friendly and saying hi and playing with her. Definitely recommend the hotel for the staff alone. We will definitely be going back."
