"I arrived after check in and the room was still not ready, which made it clear that the cleaning had been rushed. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. I found random hair on the floor, which made me feel sick to my stomach. The shower was also very dirty, and I ended up purchasing my own cleaning supplies to spray and clean the floor for peace of mind. The hotel restaurant was also disappointing. Even though I arrived before other guests, I was made to wait and our table was skipped over. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I will not be booking again."

"For starters, the hotel is no longer called the Baymont Wyndham… It’s called the developers hotel- a little challenging when you’re trying to find the location. The gentleman at the front desk was lovely, than we were charged the resort fee… still not sure what that what’s for, there’s nothing at this property that screams resort. It’s very worn down, people were very loud outside the room. It’s literally right next to a prison, and to top it off I had to kill a roach in the bathtub when we woke up. Needless to say, this is not a place I would recommend. Take the Wyndham name off this property, it doesn’t represent their company at all."

"Best choice if going to Universal Islands of Adventure. 1 hour early entry and express line pass included for everyone in your room. Also 5 minute walk to Islands of adventure. Restaurant prices were ridiculously high. Sat by pool and had drinks $18 for a beer and same $18 for a fruity non alcoholic kids drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "
