The staff was some of the nicest people we met on our vacation in England. They went above and beyond to take care of us. The food was fabulous, we enjoyed dinner and breakfast. I will defiantly stay here gain,

Easy access to meals and parking was great

Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast!

My husband and I were on an adventure along the countryside back to Bath and booked this little gem of a find. Whoooaa what an interesting place to get lost! loved loved loved this little bed and breakfast! There’s a restaurant, a bar, a beer garden, and honestly, we didn’t see it all. There is a whole farm and pigs and walking paths that I hope we get back to see another time. The food was well prepared, all organic and scratch made. More interestingly, they’re self reliant on their own...

Great stay, rooms and bars were all excellent. food was expensive for the small portion size

Our stay was lovely! Friendly staff, comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was great!

We stayed for 5 nights and hosted a large family event over the weekend at the Hotel. Jane and her team ensured all aspects of our stay and the event were professional, friendly, seamless and delivered with care and professionalism. Thank you for your efforts and support.

The folks checking us in Angie was exemplary example. Our TV did not work and she gave us an upgrade to Exec room with awesome TV and all channels. Later organized an amazing spaghetti dinner for us (on demand made to order just for us as vegetarians!!!!) . The lady serving us in the dinner room was most friendly and took great care of us. The chef is really awesome !!!!! and the English breakfast was delicious with home made veg sausages for us!!!!!

Staying at Ye Olde Red Lion was a fun experience. It is probably the most unique place I've stayed with its blending of old, old and new and updated rooms. I would stay here again. We were in Arran Room which was very nice other than the mattress should be replaced. It is uncomfortable. The outside grounds need some cleaning and TLC, too. (There had just been a big storm/rain which might account for some of the mess and debris around the grounds.) Overall, an interesting stay with great...

HVAC was quiet.

Fabulous 2 night stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, excellent shower and the staff were amazing. Great restaurant and outdoor patio area. Highly recommend this Inn.

Very quaint and quiet hotel in the Oxfordshire countryside; great room, excellent restaurant with an abundant breakfast included.

Loved our stay at the Crab & Boar, a quintessential English country inn. The staff is friendly, easygoing, quite helpful and even went above and beyond for us. Dave and Tammy were fantastic. The food was quite good. Prices seem reasonable. Drive to close by Newbury is a short distance. Very nice and handy Speedy Queen launderette in town. Quiet but for the occasional car whizzing by. Being from the USA and driving for the first time in the UK, the location on Wantage Road and pulling in and out...

A wonderful spot. Clean and excellent amenities.
