"Loved how clean the property and rooms are. This is our 3rd resort here in Punta Cana and this was the cleanest. The only complaint we had is that we were not made aware that the big pool would be closed for our stay and one of our rooms had an upgrade to pool view and the view was of an empty pool under construction. We still had fun in the other pool and enjoyed the food and drinks. "

"I loved the pool for the kids near the entrance. It made it easy to have drinks but still watch them. The staff was very pleasant. The walk to the main lobby can be far, they do provide transportation, but there can be a long wait. When checking out please make sure to arrange 24 hours before leaving if someone is picking you up, learned that the hard way. The main buffet was nice, but there were some areas that had a funny wet smell which was not inviting. They need to check on that. Don't fall for shopping traps, it is NOT cheaper where they take you, you are better off trying to negotiate with the vendors on the resort."
