From the moment I checked in, the customer service was outstanding – the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. I especially appreciated how clean and fresh everything felt after a long day out. The hotel is also in a fantastic location – surrounded by plenty of food options, cafés, and shops, all within easy walking distance. It made getting meals or doing a bit of shopping incredibly convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Sorgente Business Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay with top-notch service. "

"We LOVE the decor, and the thoughtfulness in design. Our friends chose a hotel but we were so pleased with Mogua- it’s a short walk from Lotte and there’s a great cafe nearby that we visited daily. The room is a little old but it’s relatively clean and we REALLY enjoyed having the extra space (could sit on the couch and not be on top of each other as we would be in a hotel option). I think it’s a great little gem and would come back again. We were a little sad we didn’t get to explore the rooftop but that again looks like a well thought of experience. Access is closed at 9pm. Reception was super lovely- we used google translate without any issues. We will be back to this gorgeous little find! "
