"Location is great, quiet street close to museums, opera and fine restaurants. Room was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and bar at night very welcoming. What I liked the most: staff. Special thanks to Lisa and all front the desk staff and to Jennifer and Mercedes for making breakfast a very enjoyable experience. Whenever in Vienna, I will choose this hotel for sure!"

"While we did not sign up for the buffet breakfast, it was lovely to come in at the end of the day and have citrus-infused water and a small croissant available to take up to the room. The bar was also available to grab a drink and sit inside in the library area, or outside on the sidewalk seating during nice weather."

The only drawbacks were that the shower had no door, causing water to splash everywhere, and housekeeping was often late, requiring us to remind staff to clean the room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."
