"Beautiful, comfortable condo which we would really have enjoyed if it hadn't been so noisy. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all that's needed for a comfortable stay, but it is right across from the pool and on a busy road both making the noisy levels unacceptable when windows were open. Even with the windows closed, the noise could be heard. Given no air conditioning, the windows have to be opened or else it's too hot given it was late June."

"We made a last minute decision to book a condo at Canyon Creek by Retreatia. We have stayed at four other properties in Steamboat, all with very positive experiences, however none were available. When we checked into our unit, we were greeted with an overwhelming stench of stale food. The carpet throughout the living and dining area was dirty and stained. The furniture upholstery was old, dirty and greasy from long use. We drove to the management office, which was two miles away to obtain a...
