It has been closed down since 2023 and the company are still taking peoples money.
I had to threaten them with the Police to receive a refund. They are part of the OYO group which is situated in India. They have at least 4 hotels in Great Yarmouth that are all closed down and are still taking bookings "
"This place is well worth a visit.its clean And very comfortable staff very friendly and helpful very professional breakfast was very tasty a very good quality.I would say the best we have stayed in in Great Yarmouth the room was clean and tidy in the room was tea/coffee fridge and microwave Tv very comfortable bed very relaxing place. "This hotel is an excellent choice for people wishing to stay on the east side of Norwich. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main link roads.The staff are helpful and efficient. The rooms are to the usual Premier Inn standard so you know what to expect. I found the bedroom to be comfortable and very quiet, so yes, I did get a good night's sleep every night. The breakfast is served in the adjacent Brewers Fayre restaurant. I had the full cooked breakfast and it was very good."

"Stayed for one night initially but extended to an extra night.
The lady on reception was superb, very welcoming, friendly and approachable.
Good sized bedroom, clean, light and airy. Not the best view sadly. Huge, exceptionally comfortable bed, had an excellent nights sleep. Room was quiet.
Food in the restaurant in the evening was delicious.
I would recommend staying here."

The place is in a strange little back street which might look unpromising, but it's dead quiet and actually ideally placed just minutes from both the station and the cathedral. The place is very well kept, and simple but stylish. My appartment was like a Travelodge bed room and bathroom, but with a well-equipped kitchen and a living room thrown in too. The reception staff were all very pleasant and helpful and, overall, it was extremely good value for money. It would be my first choice on a return trip to the city."
