"The owner was was very friendly, welcoming & helpful. The guest house was beautifully decorated & furnished & spotlessly clean. The shower in my ensuite bathroom was very spacious & easy to access. The breakfast in the dining room was delicious with plenty of choice. There were fresh flowers on each table which I thought was a nice touch. I only stayed 2 nights as I was attending a family wedding in the area but would have been happy to stay longer. If ever I need to visit Aylesury again I would want to stay at that guest house."

"No communication about how to get in until I asked so we were stuck outside for half an hour. It was freezing when we got in. Put the heating on straight away and it took about 5 hours to warm up as many of the windows need replacing and two of them are so broken they won't shut. The whole place has a cheap feel, bad bedding, not enough pillows, fridge noisy. I'm glad we only had one night booked. It was fairly clean. Lots of things offered on the website didn't exist, like printer or internet access. There's a telly, but it's not logged in so you can't watch anything unless you have a hotspot with you. Needs more investment."

"Terrible. Bathroom/Shower disgusting, couldn't shower. Mirror was unusable due to dirt, water marks, damp. Mould in the shower, smelt fusty. Dirt under beds, old yoghurt wrappers. Shouldn't be advertised for a family, if had option to stay elsewhere at last munute we would have done. "
