"The listing description and how the place actually is don’t match up. The room I booked was to have a king size bed, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash. However when I arrived the bed was a full size. There was no hair dryer, or shower supplies. They provide one body towel per person but no hand towels or wash cloths. There were bugs in the room, a hole in the wall filled with a sponge. The room ran out of toilet paper and the owners were unable to provide anymore as they were not on property....

"Room was clean but maybe needed a bit of renovation. Hotel is great with some great views across London. Staff helpful. Food in the restaurant pretty good also."

"Great breakfast, tho it wasn't free. Clean room, fantastic staff/customer service. Honestly the only thing I really wasn't a fan of was that the AC was not great, particularly since I was there during a heat wave. But then, I'm told AC is not a very commonly good think in the UK in general, so...there you are! And they did actually bring a fan up unasked when I complained about the temp. In all, an excellent budget stay!"

"Georgian House Hotel is a very old hotel. Important reminder, there IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Room #7 is high up and even with the window open and 2 fans, it was extremely hot. There was no breeze coming in the window. (It was nice of the staff to.have 2 fans available.) The sink is set wayvto low. When you use the toilet, your knees hit the wall. Also, the water pressure in the shower is VERY WEAK. They need to fix the water pressure. The staff was very kind and friendly."
