It advertises “Incline Beach – 2 min drive” right in the amenities section, but what it doesn’t tell you is that beach is homeowners-only — guests are turned away. If you can’t actually use it, don’t list it as a perk. Also no fan in a place that’s mostly booked during hot summer months, and if you open the window in one of the bedrooms for air, be ready for nonstop noise from birds and a woodpecker outside — made it hard to actually sleep.
