"The property located in the most busy area of Chi town, one block from Michigan avenue with all the high end shops in one place. Walking to every other stores and dining options ,entertaining around the property. However it’s not a quiet place for anyone who looking for a quiet sleep, I can hear so much noise at late night from my room on the back of the 4th floor. Checking was smooth, quick and good rate for a couple of nights in town."

"The staff was very friendly. Not particularly fond of having to take three elevators to get our room but it worked out. The breakfast was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. The suites were good size."
